You will have to replace the pan, which could involve lifting the engine (slightly, or completely out) depending on available access to remove the oil pan. Also replace seal.
Well it might be possible for a trained welder to repair it. But if it very damaged it is probably cheaper to gut replace it. The repair would likely cost more than a new pan and not be as reliable.
