How do you repair the mortar between cement blocks in the wall of a house?

The mortar is crumbling and falling out.

Make sure that you do not cause more problem to the foundation. You can dig out the crumbling cement and squirt in fresh cement. Make sure you pack it in real good.

What I would probably do is simply replace the mortar. Either do it yourself or pay someone to do it for you. That is the best thing that you can do.

The technique is called point and tuck. First, clean out the crumbling mortar between the blocks. Mix new mortar according to package instructions. Using a narrow point tool, fill in the cracks with mortar, pushing it in as far as it will go, Smooth the edges and remove excess mortar.

First I open the maximum bolts of mortar (if i can do) . If the mortar is fixed in such a way that I am not able to open the bolts, then I firstly brake some piece of wall or cement block (only to create some space between mortar and remaning.then i repair mortar
