Most interior pocket doors are snap on, so if it's ripped, you're going to have to replace the entire inside pocket. If your car is older, you can easily find these at junkyards for cheap.

Depending on the rip or the tear in the door you can either stitch it up. You could rip out the whole linig and replace it all.
