My dentist first gave me an anesthetic to numb the area, then he cut the gum tissue to remove the tooth then pulled it out. I did not require any stitching it just healed on it's own. A lot of bleeding so be on the lookout for that.

Your dentist will first numb around the tooth - usually two little injections and then use a pair of forceps to wriggle the tooth out. Be brave, it's easy.

Call and schedule an appointment with a dentist. If you are a veteran, browse to find out where you can get it done. If you don't have dental insurance, contact any dentis, and work out a payment plan. Also call your local emergency room.

Instead of me having my upper removed, I had both upper and bottom wisdom teeth removed. By doing so, I went to the dentist, they asked if I wanted to be asleep or on some meds. I told them asleep. When I woke up, all four were removed.

You have to go to a dental surgeon to get wisdom teeth removed. They anesthetize you and pull out the teeth, putting in stitches afterward.

I would not try and remove them myself, go to a dentist and they will remove them professionally with local pain medicine and make sure they don't get infected.

The dentist gives you an injection of anesthetic then he pulls the teeth with some instruments. He can also use a lever to move it. After the extraction the dentist will tell you to take some antibiotics (to prevent infection). Usually you face swells for a few days after extraction.
