Silly putty can be removed from clothing by freezing it and then picking it off the cloth. You can also apply WD-40 or Goo Gone and scrape off with a butter knife. You can also use Goo Gone or Mr. Clean Magic eraser to remove it from walls or floors.

Silly putty is tough the only thing I found that works really well and it works for playdough and gum too is ice. Hold ice on it until it gets hard and then you can pick it off and clean th walls and clothing with dawn dish soap.
