Test the water first to see the exact water quality. You can then try using a water softener which adds salt. A rust remover can be added to your softener. You can also buy a rust filter.

The rust is usually an "iron" bacteria that grows in the system. There are some continuous treatment systems available, or you can shock chlorinate by reverse flushing with chlorine bleach.

Unfortunately the rust is coming from heavy metals in the water. There are some products available to help with removing the stains but to remove the rust you will probably have to either get the well drilled deeper or get a new well drilled.

You will need to get a water treatment or water softner system that will have filters that will remove the rust/iron from your water. You could try adding filter from your local big bos store that may do the trick.
