You can put stuff on it to soak up the oil like sawdust. You can also try to power wash it or leave strong soap on it to soak and try to break up the oil. You can also hire people to clean your drive way. They use a power washer too but it's stronger.

Try scrubing the stains with Simple Green. If that doesn't work, try a Muric Acid based driveway cleaner, but follow all the cautions. These should remove the stains, but if too deep, you may need to mask by applying a stain the entire driveway, then seal it with Thompsons Waterseal.
