Well you can either use a deep lug nut socket on a breaker bar or a lug wrench. Break them loose on the ground then jack the car up before finally removing them. An impact wrench car also be used to break them free.
With the car on the ground, use a lug wrench to loosen the nut just enough so you can turn it with your hand then lift that tire off of the ground and finish taking it off.
