Find speaker under the hood. Disconnect speaker. Remove speaker and the mounting bracket to keep alarm from sounding. Also, sounding the alarm will help you find the speaker. Follow the wires from the speaker to the alarm unit. Remove alarm unit. Follow wires from the alarm unit to inside of the car above the pedals near fuse box. Disconnect wires. Go back under the hood. Pull wires through firewall.

If you have and after market alarm system , the most probable location will be near your fuse block. You should see the alarm module and fuses, plus possibly some relays in the bundle. In most scenarios all you will have to do is remove the power sources to the alarm module, this should disable the system.

Not a good idea, You must have a fairly new jeep, The alarm system is tied into your computer that operates the rest of the vehicles function. When you start to mess with the computer you are asking for trouble.
