The chamshaft pully is an intragral part of the engine block, it cannot be removed. You'll need an entire new camshaft.

Put the car in gear(manual), or find another way to keep the engine from turning. Use a breaker bar and a long pipe for leverage to loosen the pully nut.

The camshaft have a section that are machined into a hex shape. Fit a wrench on them, slowly bind the wrench against the aluminum head, and you can crack the nut loose.

For starters you need to get into your timing cover. Then you need to lock you cams into places. Then remove the bolts holding the pulley on then the pulley.

To remove the camshaft pulley you will have to remove the bolts holding it in place. You will need a special tool as they are machined into place.

To remove the camshaft pulley on your Toyota you will need to get under the hood of the vehicle. Once under the hood you can remove and replace the actual part.
