Oil and moisture balance is needed, and sometimes a lack of vitamins may cause such. You can try vaseline for inexpensive treatment as well as cocoa butter. Be sure to use when you come out of the bath or shower.

Black skin often needs regular applications of a light oil to keep it supple. Simple baby oil is good because it is non toxic and works in fast. If this doesn't help you should see a doctor or dermatologist to check for things like psoriasis and eczema.

You need to have more water in daily life, since scientists recommend people should have at least eight litre per day.Otherwise you can have more fresh fruit or put some oliver oil/lotion on your skin. This also takes some time.
