How do you put in 220 wiring for a water heater?

Run a wire from the fuse box to the water heater location. Use 10/2 romex and hook it up to a 30 amp breaker.

Well, First you have to get some allen wrenches, some sockets, and a flat head screw driver, then your going to have to take off the back panel of the water heater, and you will see 220 wiring, you remove that, go to ur local hardware store and buy another, and replace it reassible it correctly and your good.
