Size your artwork in the appropriate program to the size you desire. Keep in mind that this size can not exceed your printer's maximum paper size. Select "Print" in your program. Select "Page Set-up" and click of "Borderless Printing" and return to your regular print screen. Select your print quantity. Click Print.

The answer to this will depend on the software program you are using. In most programs, it is as simple as setting the image or print sizes.

If you have a photo-editing program like photo shop just create one on there. Get some card stock for your printer and create a front and a inside design. Print the front then flip it and print the inside. You can also look for card templates for programs like Microsoft word or for program for just making cards.
