When you first enter into Word, a menu should appear to ask what type of document you would like to create. This should provide you with business card templates.

You can use the Microsoft Office Assistant, type Business Cards and click Search to obtain business card templates. Keep in mind Word is not the best to do business cards.

The most common way is to use Avery Labels: Go to tools, "envelopes and labels", click on the labels tab and enter on "options" the avery number.
