First you should unplug the washer and disconnect the hoses. Then tape the hose to the machine. Get a dolly and slide it under the machine so that the door is facing forward. Gently tilt the machine back and move it easily to the designated area.

Unplug the washing machine. Disconnect the hot and cold water supplies for the washing machine (be sure to turn off the faucets). Make sure the feet are on solid (they often get bent as the machine is moved.) Move the machine away from the wall. Use a dolly to carefully lift the unit.

If you try to do this then you should try carrying it from its back so the door wont try to open or get stuck. or you can just roll it out. But first disconnect the back of the wires and hoses so you wont be ripping them out and try not to brake them taking them off.

If you want to move the front load washing machine to other place I mean shipping or air transport you need to fix the transportation bolt in behind the machine.

If your washer has counterbalance weights for the spin of the drum, most models have stabilizer bars inside that when set will keep these weights from moving.

The first thing you need to do is shut off the water and disconnect the machines. Then take some rope or other cords and tie the doors shut so they don't swing open and break. Too, make sure you tie up the hoses and plugs on the appliances so they don't swing free and get damaged.

Nowadays, women do prefer the front load washing machines. It is easy to be operatd and moved. Moving is to be done as how we move other thing. Whether the opening is on the Top or Front does not apply for moving pupose. Actually, I feel, the front opening machines do require more sapce.
