Typically a person, whether a child or an adult, will need to urinate once every two hours. Take the toddler to the bathroom once every two hours. Also, find out the child's favorite character (i.e. Sponge Bob, Spiderman, etc.) and, as a reward, purchase underwear with that character pictured on them.
