It depends on if you are a guy or a girl. Assuming you are a guy, it's pretty easy. Frankly, men are rather shallow and are willing to date any female who shows interest in them. Several studies have shown it doesn't matter what the girl says.

It is remarkably easy for women to pick up guys. Be attractive so that you catch his eye. Be friendly. Smile at him. Ask his name. Ask him questions. Soon he will figure out you are interested. ( guys are not too smart ). Ask for his phone #.
