How do you overcome chocolate cravings?

I'm on a diet, and I can't get chocolate out of my mind!

You can get over chocolate cravings by doing other things that consume what's on your mind. If your really thinking about chocolate maybe you can turn it around to work out instead. If you want chocolate maybe you can substitute it for something else that's sweet so it'll hold you off from wanting chocolate so bad!

Eat some as long as it's dark chocolate. Dark chocolate is packed with antioxidants and is quite potent so if you have a square or two, you won't want more!

I would east something that is also sweet, prehaps a piece of fruit so it satisfies your sweet tooth. You can also use something like Ovaltine and mix it in milk to create chocolate milk. That way you're getting the cholocate flavor without all of the bad calories and extra weight.

There are Weight Watchers, chocolate desserts that are low in calorie and fat. Some chocolates now come with no sugar and are low in fat. But they do have an ingredient that can cause an upset stomach if you eat too much. Peppermint Patties are another candy that is low in calorie and fat.
