The easiest way would by to find a similar candy and unwrap it and use that wrapper as a template. This is very easy to do with paper wrappers such as those on candy bars.
You can download templates for a number of different wrappers from the internet just put candy wrapper template in a search engine. You will need foil, cellophane and ribbon.
