How do you make venison stew?

My husband loves it so I thought I would try to fix it for him.

This is made similarly to beef stew. The same seasonings and herbs are used. Saute the meat chunks in oil, pull them out and saute your onions, garlic, carrots and celery. Add back the meat, when the vegetables are sweated. Add your sauce or tomatoes, season with salt and ground black pepper and whatever other spices, etc. Cook until tender.

They basically take venison meat and cut it into cubes and then make the curry just like any other soup. The soup should be made with onions and some garlic and you also add some water and then ad some seasoning and then add the meat in there as a stew.

Stew is made entirely of your own choices. Make the venison pieces however big you would like to put in the stew. Add whatever vegetables you would like, in however big pieces you would like. Let the stew cook for a few hours, to a consistency you're happy with.
