I like to take 2 cups of cream cheese and mix it with one cup of powdered sugar. Put in 2 tablespoons on Vanilla extract. Mix it completely and it is ready to go on the cake.
Mix 3 tablespoons of butter with one teaspoon of vanilla. Add one pound of confectioner's sugar and mix. Add a tiny bit of milk at a time until creamy.
