First, tear newspaper into long strips. Then in a large bowl mix flour and water, until you have a very thin paste. Next cover the face with paper towels, making sure to leave a hole to breathe. Dip the newspaper in the flour paste, and cover the entire face. Let it set about 10 minutes before removing to dry completely.

Shred newspaper and use flour or glue as the binder. Then you will need a form to create the mask on. This can be a balloon, wire or a store bought mask form. Then coat with the paper mache and let dry, can be painted.

Baby oil someone's face after you make a paste with flour and water, cut strips of newspaper about 1 inch wide. run strips of newspaper through the flour mixture and place on persons face until covered completely, except mouth and eyes. Allow to dry, about 10 minutes, pull mask off carefully, finish decorating.
