Pending on what type sound file the sound bit. you have in question is. You'll need to download and install an online sound converter. Most files can be transfered to midi files but i've found that MP3 files in particular tend to be uncovertable. you next best option would be to record the sound and save it as a midi.

you can transfer the file as an attachment in email. you can also have it on a filesharing website like rapidshare from where others can download it. you can also use the FTP or file transfer protocol to transfer files. google talk also offers file transferring services where you can transfer files to someone else who uses google talk.

This is pretty simple to do. First make sure that you have the newest version of Real Time and that you have done Windows Update fairly recently. Then you can go into the Real Time Program and open the file that you want to save. Right click in the view and use "Save As" then change the program to MIDI.
