Surprises for the child can easily lead to a tantrum. Austic children need consistency. Focus on the positive and let the child know ahead of time what is going to be done. The child needs to be prepared for and not be surprised by what is happening in their life.

You should consult with an ABA therapist and get your son on a sensory diet. Remember no two asd children are the same
