Use 2 cups graham cracker crumbs mixed with a dash of cinnamon and 1/2 cup melted butter. Firmly press the cooled mixture in a pie pan. Cool thoroughly before filling.

1. 5 c crushed graham crackers (use rolling pin or clean hands to crush), 1/3 c sugar, 6 tbs melted butter, 1/2 tsp cinnamon: Preheat oven to 375F. Mix ingredients thoroughly, fit to pie pan with no holes or unmixed crumbs (crackers cannot be dry), bake for 7 minutes, or until golden brown.

Finely crush graham crackers until you have 1 1/4 fourth cups (approximately 20 squares). Mix the crumbs, 1/3 cup of granulated sugar and 7 tablespoons of butter in a large bowl. Use the mixed ingredients and spread out in a 9 inch pie pan. Evenly spread on the bottom and sides of pan. Bake at 350 for 9 minutes

To make a graham cracker crumb pie crust, put the grahams in a huge plastic bag and roll them into crumbs then add a soft butter to them.
