All you have to do is to prepare different colors and sizes of glasses and try to put it together using a cement used to bond glass materials to metal ones.

To make a pane of glass, you need a certain kind of sand. More importantly, you need very high temperatures to melt the sand in a mold in order to create glass. Since high temperatures are required, it is not advisable to do this as a science experiment and risk injury.
