It means to accept yourself as you are, not wishing that you were someone else. Feeling even-keeled about how your life is knowing that are doing the best you can.

We have all heard the saying "before anyone can love you, you must love yourself". Loving yourself means accepting you for just the way you are regardless of how anyone else feels. If you can accept yourself then others will more readily accept you because you will emit a more positive vibe. You must learn to love yourself.
