It's generally going to require the help of a profession locksmith. Unless the knobs are made to work together from the factory, the lock will have to be disassembled. Then the pins in the tumbler will have to be switched so that both locks have the exact same set of pins. Then, they same key will work in both locks.

You'll need to buy new locks so they're all the same. You can either hire a locksmith to do it or you can buy the locks and do it yourself.

I would suggest going to a locksmith shop where you can purchase individual tumblers. The locksmith can match and set the tumblers to the key/lock so they all match. Remove the existing tumblers with a keying toolkit and replace the new tumblers into your locks. I wouldn't do this; unsafe.

Re-keying locks is a difficult task to take on my yourself, and requires a unique set of tools. If you bring the key and lock into a hardware store (such as Home Depot) they will re-key the locks for you for a small fee. This usually takes about 20 minutes.
