Use a steel wire to clean the sewer pipe, I bend the wire from head and make hook , when wire insert in to sewer pipe it will get all the blockege in hook. its is easy and fast way to clean a swear pipe. After this put the whole bucket of water to check blockage is removed or not.

My first recommendation would be to have your line snaked with a camera snake. There is possibly a root or some other item obstructing your sewer line. This should be done by a trusted company due to the fact if it is done wrong the pipes could be damaged by the procedure.

often roots are the causee, in which case you simply pour in a root killer every few months. If you have septic tank, then may need to have tank emptied.

I find it best to pour a little draino down my pipes every few days in order to keep it from backing up. Over time this will do the trick. In the short term have someone out to power rod the whole unit to eliminate the current problem and than begin the draino routine.
