You can get books on dreams to find out what others think it might be. I myself just think about what happened to me during the day, what was the last thing that I watched on television or if the tv was left on while I was sleeping.

The things you dream about are most likely things you encounter in some way in your daily life. Think about these elements and how you feel about them when awake.

Interpreting dreams is a matter of personal tastes. The first thing to do is get yourself a dream dictionary. Look online or at your local library. Symbols in dreams can have more than one meaning to different people. Study several and see which resonates with you. The more you practice, the better attuned you will become to your meaning.

Dreams are your way of processing what happens to you during the day. For example, after you've had a test at the doctor's office you may dream of negative results. If you have a secret that troubles you you may dream of someone revealing it. Some dreams are tied to our creative side, reminding us that we have an imagination.

There is no definite way to determine what your dreams mean. Some people seem to think if you dream of death that a baby will be born. Some also seem to think if you dream of birth that someone will die. We mainly just dream about things that we think about in some form.

It can sometimes be helpful to consult books on dream interpretation. Resources of this kind will assist in the identification of particular symbols and or scenarios you might encounter in your dreams and more importantly, present their possible meanings.
