First, you will need to make sure the subfloor is level and add any concrete to smooth out areas unlevel. Lay down insulated padding over the concrete and then add your hard wood laminate.

Lay out the underlay flooring (foamy type stuff), cut to fit the area (with scissors), then install the floor directly over the underlay. Make sure you have the correct tools to install the floor as it will be very difficult if not almost impossible to isntall without these. Good Luck!!

If you buy the snap together laminate flooring it is not a problem at all. Just make sure you put the foam down on top of the concrete their should be how to install on the box when you buy your laminate flooring. If not let me know and i will walk you through it.

To install a laminate wood floor over a concrete subfloor use liquid nails or another type of liquid adhesive with a caulking gun.
