How do you install a power tow mirror on a Silverado?

Attach it to an electric output to provide a current. The mirror should be fastened securely with at least three support prongs.

When installing the power tow mirror on a Silverado you need to make sure you have the proper tools. Next make sure to run the electric wires and adjoin them to the proper power source. After making this junction be sure to make the wiring permanent by sealing them off from the exterior and then connect to the mirror.

You can tap into the wires for the power mirror and hook it up like that. You can also run two wires to the battery and then run ther wires from the battery to the mirror and to the switch for the power to move it. It is simple it will just be time consuming.

if you get the universal towing mirrors they can just slip on the easiest way to install mirrors i would buy the easy ones because the other ones is really hard to put on

I am not a qualified mechanic. I always go to a garage to install a power two mirror on a Silverado. I dont have a Silverado. I'm having a Nissan FB12. In Silverado cars it is easy to install if you have a Silverado tool set. My Mechanic is a expert to install power mirrors in cars
