How do you hook up a kitchen sink sprayer?

It would be possible to get a sink sprayer for a sink that doesn't start wtih one if you get one of those faucets with the sprayer attatched. I have one it works just as good and you would hook that up the same way you would hook up any other faucet.

Some modern kitchen sink faucet assemblies include an extendable sprayer hose as part of the faucet neck assembly (as opposed to a separate-sprayer to the side of your faucet). Alternatively, You would need to drill/punch/saw a hole through both your (metal)sinktop & countertop, and tap the new sprayer hose into either your cold or hot water-supply-line underneath your sink.
