Look on the Internet for a "ghostwriter" or "copywriter." These are people who write books and other documents for a fee. You will find hundreds of such people in the business. They key is to find one you can afford and trust. Always ask about payment, and don't be afraid to haggle a lower fee.

I would suggest looking through your newspaper classifieds, going to CareerBuilder and look at the resumes there, or ask for one on Craigslist.

Post an ad on Craigslist outlining your requirements. View the answers and select one or two writers to interview. Ask them for samples, and set the rate.
