Get a plastic cover and flower, sprinkle seeds on top of some soil in pot. Cover pot with clear plastic bag and secure with a rubber band. Cut small hole in plastic for air circulation. Set in a sunny window location. Keep soil moist for at least 2 weeks. After seeds germinate, remove plastic bag gradually over a few months.

Use Cactus soil for the seeds. Moisten the soil but do not soak it. Sprinkle the seeds on top and place where it will get full sun. Once seedlings appear gentle mist them to keep from drying out. Once the are an inch or so high water every 3-4 weeks.

First, you must have a pot.Place the cactus seedlings onto the pot.Choose the best soil for your plant.I suggest the fertilized one. Then, water it just once a day.It doesn't need more water because it's skin has the ability to make some fluid to suits it's water needs. When it grow for like a meter, transder it to a bigger place.

This needs patience. You can cut a little seedling with a sharp knife from the mother cactus. Prepair a little container with sharp grit and some plain sand and stick the seedling in it. Store at a cool and dark place till the rooths are developing. Watering is not nessecary if you put a little plastic bag over the container.

It's best to have commercially made soil for cactus. Put your seeds on top of the soil and keep your plants in direct sunlight where they'll get lots of sun!

Place your seed on top of the soil, not below- they require direct sun to germinate. You need a porous soil, but too dry will be a problem, and too rich will be a problem- it is much easier to get an established plant, but that said, I have found that cactus seeds are much hardier that the books say.

The key to growing a good cactus is how you begin. Obtain a soil mixture of 1/2 potting soil and 1/2 pumice. Using a small container with ample drainage, fill with mixture and moisten. Distribute seeds evenly on top of the soil, cover with approx. 1/8 of soil, and place in greenhouse type environment. Seeds will germinate in 3 wks.
