You address him as father. When approaching,make a bow by reaching down and touching the floor with your right hand. Place right hand over the left(palms upward)and say"Bless Father"(or Bless Your Grace" or "Bless your Eminence")

The correct Orthodox way is to approach with your right hand, in your left hand, saying "Father Bless". The priest will make the sign of the cross and touch your palm. It is customary to kiss the hand that bestows the blessing. Simply shaking hands is not enough. He will say " May the Lord bless you".
