Take the graft and trim all leaves except ones on the top. Slice a 'V' in the bottom of the stem with a knife. In your root stock, slice about the same length of the 'V', insert the stem, press them together to make good contact. Bind the graft with horticultural tape, cover with a plastic bag for one week.

Trim the leaves off your graft and cut a V shape in the bottom of it. Cut a V shape of the same size in the root stock and fit the two together. Bind with horticulture tape and cover with a bag for a week.

Take your graft and trim off all the leaves except for a few at the top. Using a knife you need to make a "V" at the bottom of the stem. Next take you root stock and do the same thing to it. Press the 2 pieces together and bind with horticultural tape. Cover with plastic wrap for 1 week.

Cut a small cut in base plant the size of the stem you wish to attach. When plant is in dormant state attach. Bind with string or rubber band.
