You can easily remove moisture from a wall with high powered fans that you can rent from any rental service. Its more important to find the source of the moisture and repair it

If the wall is an internal wall, a de-humidifier may be used and should be left on overnight. If it is an outer wall, it is advisable to check if there are any leaking gutters running or spilling down the wall. If the wall is rendered, check that the render does not bridge the Damp Proof Course.

How about using a de-humidifier. That helps you to remove the locked moisture in the room and in the wall. You can also try wiping it with water and seeing how it works.

You will need to run sum dehumidifiers for starters. They also make some big fans that you can blow. You will need to find where all the moisture is coming from in the first place and fix the problem or the cycle will continue.
