Aleo Vera has been shown to remove warts, Essetnial oil of a tea tree also removes the warts by killing the bacteria that causes them

The best way is to go to a doctor and have him burn it off using liquid nitrogen, cutting out the wart, or applying cantharidin or salicylic acid on it.

Warts can be frozen off at a doctor's office. There are also some over-the-counter products which can freeze off warts when used properly.

You can go to a doctor who can apply silver nitrate for the wart removal. You can also purchase an over the counter medication. The main drawback is time.
