How do you get trained to use an epi-pen?

You don't atually have to be trained, but your dotor or pharmacist can show you how or you can follow the insert that comes with the pen. First remoe the safety cap, then firmly press the pen against you daughter's thigh, into the muscle. Call 911 if she can't breathe.

you can ask your local Ambulance squad for help training you on how to use the pen but your doctor should show you, also there are instruction in the package
