How do you get things out of a jelly mould?

Fill your sink with room temperature water and let the mould sit in the water for about two minutes. This will loosen the Jell-o and it will slide out.

It is something of a cheat, but you can line the mould with clingy plastic film before you start, and the jelly will come out really easily. Then you carefully pick the film off. I got fed up of all the other ideas that work for other people and professional chefs.
