However, if you are looking to nominate a specific person of fame, you may have to seek out the USPS nominations board.

Post's top officer's decides to print picture of great personalities on postal stamp. These great personalities should give sufficient contribution to county and for world. Pictures of great freedom fighters, scientists, social workers, players, economists, artists are selected for postal stamp. I will like to have picture of Sachin Tendulkar on India's postal stamp.
