Sprinkle the area with baking soda and allow it to sit for half an hour, sweep that up, and then scrub with dish soap solution.

This is actually very easy and very cheap. First step is to get kitty litter (super absorbent) and lay it down over the oily part. It will absorb the oil.

Pour a medium amount of dish soap on the oil stain. Scrub around with a brush then spray with water. Scrub until clean and rinse thoroughly.

The best way to soak up oil that is spilled on pavement is to sprinkle kitty litter (not the scoopable kind) on the oil. Then sweep the litter up.

There is a few things you can do to get rid of oil on the pavement. Some of the most common ways are using soap and water, kitty litter or a solvent.
