The general treatment for head lice is use of an over the counter pediculicide on the hair. Use a flea comb to remove remaining lice from the hair. Wash all bedding and clothing worn at the time of infection.
Saturate the childs hair with olive oil or regular cooking oil. Wrap hair in plastic wrap or bag (just the hair). Wrap again with a bath towel for 20 - 30 minutes. Then remove wrapping and wash hair thoroughly. The lice will have suffocated & the nits will pull out esily.
You have to get treatment shampoo. Your drugstore will have it. Shampoo hair and use the nit comb on both of their heads. You also must wash every piece of bedding and clothes that they have come in contact with. Keep checking for a day or two to make sure you got all nits out of hair.
Lice aren't dangerous and don't spread disease, but they are contagious and can just be downright annoying. Their bites cause a child's scalp to become itchy and inflamed, and scratching lead to skin irritation and infection. Daily rinse of essential oils:
lavender,eucalyptus,rosemary,peppermint,tea tree
Head lice is common to most of the children. That spreads easily to the family. To get rid of it we must take 1/2 a cup of coconut milk and to it add 2 teaspoon of grinded pepper not powder. Mix well and apply on the head keep it for four to five hours then wash well with shampoo.
Lice treatment shampoo or regular mayonaisse. Saturated hair w/ mayo and wrap their scalp tightly in a plastic bag to suffocate the lice for about 3 hours. You'll need a special comb to get all of the nits out too. Thoroughly wash all hats and bedding in HOT water.
