How do you get leaner thighs?

I need suggestions for exercises.

Do some exercises that concentrate on the lower body. Walking would be simple way to get started with this function.

To achieve leaner thighs, consider performing seated leg extensions for the front and hamstring curls for the back. The rep range for these movements should be in the 15 to 20 area. These weight-bearing movements should also be done in conjection with aerobic exercise like the bike or eliptical machine.

My thighs were much larger in the wrong places so I decided to have a regular walking routine four to five times a week at about the same time every time I exercised. That worked, along with a several sets of leg curls, leg extensions, and leg presses.

Do squatting excercises, but with no weights. Do 3 sets of 10 every day and you'll see the lean muscle start to develop, and also see fat disappear.
