You will need to maintain a very high GPA for your undergraduate classes, a 4. 0 is prefered. Get letters of recomendations from your professors and write a thesis.

To get into a good MBA program, you should score well on the GMAT test and have some work experience. It would also help if network with someone who is in the program or has graduated from the program.

Make sure you have all the prerequisite courses; each school will provide a list. Take a GMAT study course and score high on the test. Put quality thought and time into your writing sample. Get recommendations from both college and professional sources. Put together a strong package!

Get good grades as an undergraduate. You'll probably need at least a 3. 5 grade point average. Then study for your GMAT test. You'll need to score well on that test (at least 600-650), mathematically and verbally. You'll also need good references. Work experience is also helpful to get into a good MBA program.

Undergrad performance, accomplishments and test scores are all considered for admission to the most competitive MBA programs in the country. For the most part, planning starts in high school.
