IF you are external to the protected network, you won't unless there is a misconfiguration in the firewall. If you are internal and the firewall runs on your computer or you have access to the machine running it, check the setup program to free the functions you need.

You do realize that asking that question in that way would make it appear that you are a hacker. By law and common sense, very few people will tell you how to get around someone's firewall since it is a crime to hack into someone's computer and if someone gave you that information they would be an accessory.

You can always use a proxy sever. or a web site that uses proxy cgi. It well fool the other computer that is blocking your access to the internet or a website into thinking your someone else.

You don't get around firewalls unless you have access to the mechanism that is putting them into place. If the firewall is local to your system, you can find the settings under Control Panel.
