How do you get an ink stain out?

Soak up ink with blotting towel or bounty papertowel as soon as u can. Soak in cold water. While its wet lay on papertowel and treat with water and vinegar.

I have had good results by spraying the ink stain with regular hair spray, blotting the area with a clean, dry cloth and then hand washing the item using a mild cleanser such as Woolite. If the stain is not completely removed, do not dry the item. Try repeating the steps until the stain is gone.

I would take it to the dry cleaners and explain the problem to them. They know what they are doing and will not harm the skirt. There are some things that you do not clean yourself and this is a good example of one of those things. It might be more expensive to do that way, but worth it.
