First you'll need a pilot script and an agent. You'll get no notice otherwise. If the script is good and the premise is marketable approach as many studios as you can through your agent and pray. It's a tough business.

In this day and age, without knowing the right people in positions of authority to get your feet off the ground, your best bet is to get into contact with a station informing them that you'd like to pitch a concept for a new show to them. Be persistent, and hopefully it will pay off for you.

If you have a great idea for a TV show, and want to get it produced, you need to get a big name producer to look at your TV show and see if they think its a good idea. First, you need to make sure your idea is good enough. Then you need to locate a TV producer.

You would have to write a few scripts with characters, plots etc. then you have to submit them to television stations
