You need to go somewhere that does the photos. The most common places I know of are Walgreens, CVC and Walmart. Local camera shops might also do them.

You can just cut yourself out from another picture, you should get a formal picture with white background,no earrings allowed, no visible shadow at the back and wearing a polo or blouse with collar.
